VirtualPay POS™

VirtualPay POS (Point of Sale) enables merchants to process card-present retail transactions in real-time through our secure, web-based virtual terminal using a card-swipe device. VirtualPay POS replaces traditional point-of-sale terminal equipment and is compatible with most USB-connected card-swipe devices.

VirtualPay POS is an IP (Internet Protocol)-based virtual terminal so it’s much faster than standard dial-up authorization systems, providing real-time transaction processing while reducing the total processing cost per transaction. Merchants are able to process credit card transactions in seconds.

The merchant simply plugs a card-swipe device into any computer with an Internet connection and logs in to the secure VirtualPay POS web page to take advantage of card-present discount rates and our sophisticated online payment processing system.

VirtualPay POS includes access to our online Merchant Support Tools that provide robust payment management and reporting tools, allowing merchants to view sales activity reports, order and settlement history, settle selected transactions, retrieve, review and settle batches and export data to accounting software.

VirtualPay POS is one of three payment types available through our virtual terminal. The other payment types are:

• VirtualPay (card-not-present credit card processing for mail or phone orders)
• Virtual CheckPay (ACH payment processing)
